Hodgson Mill Pasta #Giveaway

I must confess,  I was a little leery of whole wheat pasta products when we started eating healthier.  I had always eaten plain white pasta.  To my surprise, I learned whole wheat pasta was actually very tasty and so much healthier for you.  We've been eating whole wheat pasta for years now and I can't imagine switching back over to white pasta.

One of my favorite brands is Hodgson Mill, so when I had the opportunity to enter their Summer Pastabilities Pasta contest, I totally went for it.

Check out my YUMMY creation...  and yes, I'm majorly patting myself on the back.  Who knew I could be so creative!  It ended up being so delish that we have made it twice this week alone.
