Mexican Chicken Soup - Sopa de Pollo
Guys, hubby helped me upload a video onto YouTube of my "famosa" sopa de pollo! It is so good. My friend who worked in a Mexican restaurant showed me the basic recipe. I have tweaked it a little over the years. It is so good that my son would probably eat this every day of the week! jaja... no really, he would!

This is the best soup and so easy to follow. I added some pasta, mexican zucchini, and a seeded jalapeno. Thanks.
