THE TRUTH IS
I have decided to participate in
Nina on the Moon's TRUTH tuesDAY
Read more about it by clicking on the link above.
Basically, on Tuesdays I will be writing one sentence telling a specific truth. No explanation. It could be about me, The Mexican, our hopes, our dreams, an achievment , an accomplishment, a fear, etc...
You get the picture.
The more the merrier, so feel free to join in.
Here it goes, my 1st truth:
I remember how it affected me as a child and I see myself repeating it.... no more!
What a great idea! I will come back and check them out...love it amiga! I need to go back to my word"less" Wednesdays...
ReplyDeleteTara!!! I am so happy you decided to participate in truth tuesday!!! :) your truth, even without specifics has reminded me of something that i also experienced in my childhood and am trying to change the outcome of that experience! thank you so much for sharing and inspiring~!!:) xo
ReplyDeleteChantilly,
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it! I did too because I can get some things out without too many details... LOL! I will check and see if you did WW today!
Carolina,
This is a great idea and I'm glad I participated. Hopefully I can make it a regular "tuesday" thing.... Hoping I'll uncover more about me in the process as well. =)
Tara, I love it! Your sentence reminds me of something I thought recently when interacting with my son. Patterns are the darnest things to break! I'm going to check-out Truth Tuesday for next week. ; )
ReplyDeleteWow! This is a really great idea! Your truth makes me think about my own childhood--just like Carolina said. I've been stewing on some changes and you may have just given me the motivation to follow through. And venting with out sharing too much? Win-Win! I may have to join in :)
ReplyDeleteEzzy, you are so right! Some of the things from my childhood that I said I didn't want to repeat, I catch myself repeating. Although they are not major things...... I still do not want to repeat. Guess it will take some discipline!
ReplyDeleteJen, thanks for commenting. I hope you've found the motivation to get those changes going.... I really hope you do join in! I love the fact that you can vent with out saying too much (like you said above).
